Everyone loves having Buttermilk Waffle for breakfast and snacks especially when there is a bit of butter and syrup on top. Below is a recipe and video tutorial on how to make a perfect Buttermilk Waffle.
INGREDIENTS: | ||
Swan All Purpose Flour | 180 | grams |
Refined Sugar | 50 | grams |
Bakers Choice Baking Powder | 3 | tsp |
Iodized Salt | 1/2 | tsp |
Buttermilk | 282 | grams |
Vegetable Oil | 113 | grams |
Whole Eggs | 2 | pieces |
PROCEDURE: |
1. Combine Swan All Purpose four, refined sugar, Baker’s Choice Baking Powder and Iodized salt. |
2) In a separate bowl combine liquid ingredients such as buttermilk and vegetable oil |
3. Separate the egg white from the egg yolk. Add the egg yolk to the buttermilk ang vegetable oil combination and mix well. |
4) Combine the dry and liquid ingredients. |
6) Using a pre-heated waffle maker, add just enough waffle batter. Leave enough space for the waffle expansion as it cooks. Cook for 3 minutes. |
7) Enjoy it hot. |

5. Whisk the egg whites until soft peak is observed. Fold in the batter.
