Emy Rachelle T. Yeung or “Rachelle” as she is called by her colleagues, has been with the company for more than a decade. She started her career with the company as a Management Trainee in 2009 where she was immersed in various training with different departments to familiarize herself with the company’s operations and provide recommendations for improvement. Upon regularization, she assumed the role of Trading Manager and took an active involvement in the selling, forecasting and buying of commodities, management of clients and acquisition of new accounts. Her strong work ethic and perseverance shown in improving the sales and processes in the Trading business, led to her being designated as Area Sales Manager in 2010 which entailed the bigger responsibility of handling the Luzon Flour Sales Department and team for almost 11 years. Her performance was marked by significant sales strategies and marketing programs that contributed to the achievement of the organization’s objectives.
Rachelle shows her dedication to work by being professional, proactive, a solution-provider, and time-bound. Because of this, she was recently promoted as Customer Development Manager, where she will now spearhead the development of the company’s e-Commerce Channel Go to Market (GTM) and Execution Strategy, while continuously overseeing the Luzon Flour Sales operations.
Despite the various functions that she is tasked to perform, Rachelle remains motivated to keep up with her assigned roles and move forward to new challenges.
