Recipe and Video Tutorial on how to make Chocolate Chip Cookies.

Unsalted Butter, Softened115grams
Refined Sugar100grams
Light Brown Sugar100grams
Egg (Large)1piece
Vanilla extract1tsp
Swan All Purpose Flour180grams
White Tower Cornstarch8grams
Baking Soda2grams
Iodized Salt2grams
Chocolate Chips240grams
Cashew Nuts80grams


1) Cream the butter.
2) Add the refined and light brown sugar. Mix.
3) Add whole egg and vanilla extract. Mix well blended.
4) Sift Swan All Purpose Flour, White Tower Cornstarch, baking soda and iodized salt.
5) Combine sifted dry ingredients to the batter.
6) Add chocolate chips and cashew nuts once dry ingredients are fully incorporated to the batter.
7) Chill the cookie dough for an hour.
8) Divide the cookie dough using ice cream scoop.
9) Place in baking tray leaving 2 inch distance between dough.
10) Bake for 15-18 minutes at 325 degrees F/165 degrees C.
11) Allow the cookies to cool before depanning,
12) Enjoy.
