Recipe and Video Tutorial on how to make Chocolate Chip Cookies.
INGREDIENTS: | ||
Unsalted Butter, Softened | 115 | grams |
Refined Sugar | 100 | grams |
Light Brown Sugar | 100 | grams |
Egg (Large) | 1 | piece |
Vanilla extract | 1 | tsp |
Swan All Purpose Flour | 180 | grams |
White Tower Cornstarch | 8 | grams |
Baking Soda | 2 | grams |
Iodized Salt | 2 | grams |
Chocolate Chips | 240 | grams |
Cashew Nuts | 80 | grams |
PROCEDURE: |
1) Cream the butter. |
2) Add the refined and light brown sugar. Mix. |
3) Add whole egg and vanilla extract. Mix well blended. |
4) Sift Swan All Purpose Flour, White Tower Cornstarch, baking soda and iodized salt. |
5) Combine sifted dry ingredients to the batter. |
6) Add chocolate chips and cashew nuts once dry ingredients are fully incorporated to the batter. |
7) Chill the cookie dough for an hour. |
8) Divide the cookie dough using ice cream scoop. |
9) Place in baking tray leaving 2 inch distance between dough. |
10) Bake for 15-18 minutes at 325 degrees F/165 degrees C. |
11) Allow the cookies to cool before depanning, |
12) Enjoy. |
