GMC CEBU RECEIVES A PLAQUE OF RECOGNITION
General Milling Corporation received a Plaque of Recognition from Pajo Elementary School as one of the Stakeholders and Benefactors for the school year 2021-2022. The plaque was given due to the consistent support and cooperation provided by GMC to the school. The awarding happened during the 62nd Graduation Ceremony of Pajo Elementary School last July 1, 2022 at Brgy. Pajo Gym.

OPERATIONAL LEADERSHIP TRAINING 2022
An Operational Leadership Training with the title: Discipline and Dismissal (What an HR Practitioner and Frontline Manager should know by heart) took place last July 22, 2022 at the GMC Function Room. The said training aims to help participants handle grievances and disciplinary action, and help them understand how their daily interaction impacts employees. Atty. Alan Fontanosa, an expert in Labor relations was invited as Resource Speaker. The training was attended by Managers and Group Heads of GMC Cebu.

#LET’SGETBOOSTED: A GMC DRIVE AGAINST COVID-19
Last July 29, 2022, GMC Cebu in partnership with the Lapu-Lapu City Health Office conducted a Booster Vaccination (1st & 2nd dose) against COVID-19. GMC also opened its gate to the employees’ dependents who wanted to avail the COVID-19 booster shots. A total of 600+ employees (GMC and 3rd Party Service Providers) and dependents got their booster shots during the activity.
