Nothing stops Luzon GenMillers from learning new things from the experts.

Last August 19 and 26, 2022, GMC Luzon had its first-ever hybrid health seminar entitled “PTB (Pulmonary Tuberculosis) in the Workplace,” held at Legaspi Tower 200 office and attended by Luzon employees working from home and onsite.

In coordination with Makati Health Office, Dr. Christine Sales, National Pulmonary Tuberculosis Medical Coordinator, and Dr. Alberto Ong, Cullion Foundation Project Head, enlightened our employees on the risk factors and preventive measures to avoid the deadly disease from spreading and keep our offices a healthy workplace.

Surprisingly, participants showed enthusiasm in asking questions even before the Q&A portion which made the event lively and as they say, information overload.

After the seminar, Mr. Marco Nunas, National Pulmonary Tuberculosis Nurse Coordinator of Makati Health Center, announced that GMC- Luzon is automatically considered as one of its partner companies and guaranteed us that in case of infection, our employees will be given free medical consultation, medicines, and daily monitoring of our employees’ condition until they are fully recovered.
