To showcase the creativity and talent of the GMC VisMin employees, the Human Resource Department spearheaded a Tiktok and Runway Contest last December 2021. The employees were teamed according to the following departmental groupings:
- Flour Mill (Operations and Maintenance)
- Feed Mill 1 & 2 (Operations and Maintenance)
- Silo & Wharf Operations
- R & D (Flour & Feeds), QMS, Tech. Services and IPM
- Quality Assurance
- Logistics and Planning
- Audit & Finance, Executive Office, Security and Land Admin.
- ARCM, Flour Sales and Procurement
- General Accounting, Cost Accounting and Hatchery
- CED (EIG, EEG, Civil, PUG, Engineering Store)
- Mindanao Team (CDO & Makar)
The teams were encouraged to submit 1 entry from each contest.
The judging of entries which was supposed to be conducted last December 20, 2021 was rescheduled. It was scheduled on May 26, 2022 at the GMC Executive Board Room where Ms. Jasmine “Daday” King Chan (Brgy. Pajo Councilor), Mr. Shalako Tan (Brgy. Pajo SK Chairman) and Mr. Jay Simson (Brgy. Poblacion SK Chairman) comprised the board of judges.

3 teams emerged as winners from the 2 contests. Below are the results:
Certificates of Recognition, cash prizes and goodies were given to the winners. Consolation prizes were also given to the participating teams who did not make it to the Top 3. The awarding of winners took place during the Summer Outing of GMC-Cebu at Bluewater Maribago Beach Resort last May 29, 2022.
