General Milling Corporation gathered the leaders of Visayan chain-bakeries and headed to Seoul, South Korea for a Bakery-Business Exposure Trip last May 8- 13, 2018. In tandem with US Wheat Associates, the team of bakery owners and CEOs visited various bakeries and commissaries in Korea. The trip was not just an avenue to learn best-practices of Korean bakery operations but was also an opportunity for bakery owners to bond with their fellows in the industry, promoting healthy competition.
