GMC Luzon employees celebrated their 2019 Christmas Party with the theme “Clash of Clans.” It happened on December 4, 2019 at the Les Jardins Function Hall of Marajo Tower in Taguig. Executive Vice-President, Engr. Joselito Fausto F. Parco, officially opened the program with his Welcome Remarks, and led everyone to a company toast. Directors and officers Messrs. Kirk Young, Renato Montemayor, Cesar Avila, Jr. and Edwin Kho also graced the occasion with their presence. The event was an opportune time to also recognize the employees who have rendered long and dedicated service to the company, which included the Chairman & President, Mr. George U. Young, Jr., who has devoted 40 years in the service of GMC. |
The fun and excitement continued with the presentation each by the different “Clans” who ”clashed” in what was to be one of the memorable events that night. Gods and Goddesses, Superheroes, Pirates and Disney Royalties showcased their talents to impress the judges, much to the delight of the crowd. In the end, the judges, composed of Messrs. Joselito Parco, Kirk Young, Renato Montemayor, Cesar Avila, Jr. and Edwin Kho, picked the Superheroes as the ultimate champion.
Luzon Genmillers surely had fun as they willingly joined the games and patiently waited for the announcement of raffle draw winners. No one went home empty-handed as everyone also received Christmas bag of goodies from the company.
In closing, Accounting Director Cesar Avila, Jr. thanked the entire event team for preparing and making the event a success, and wished everyone the happiest of the holidays.
